We know today everything and every provider starts limiting the data which we use and start accusing more for whatever we use but all the main businesses and sellers are in contradiction of this as it will also disturb their business mainly finally the usage of the internet will also go-slow as they keep on accusing for all.

The FCC has set up some rules which has to be followed by the ISPs and the network providers, FCC is not preventing the ISPs but in fact its monitoring and setting up rules and watching closely whether it is performing its guidelines correctly or not and even the consumer can make a complain to FCC if there is a problem with the ISPs.
