No, in the olden days it was not easy to launch a business in Willis carrier than today. As there are many aspects to consider before starting up a business thus includes taking a look at the competitors out there, knowing the market, getting approvals and loans from banks and the government to proceed with the business plan. So in Willis carrier if you have to start a business the capital to start the business was very hard to find and little because there was not much of loans, grants, sponsors etc.
In todays time there are more opportunities and self-employment is more fashionable in todays time then in the olden days.
In Willis time if you started a business it was very hard to maintain and accomplish it, as the market will not know immediately about your product or services thus makes it hard for you to carry or remain optimistic about the success you aim the business to have. When you compare it to todays time when you start up a business it is more easier to market it to the world and in a quicker time span, thus allowing you as the entrepreneur to obtain quicker responses from their clients or customers and with this information it opens up a broader prospective of e.g. when to improve the product to get more customers and clients satisfaction.
Marketing can be done via internet, T.V, radio adverts, newspaper, magazines and clip boards

Working with each other under one flag is more important than working solely for the interests of a team.
This spirit is encouraging as visions are set allowing development to take place this can be growth of organizations and people, eliminating wastes of money in order to develop new products, train people to acquire new business and recruit new, they know what their career path is and everyone will feel that their dreams can come true at WILLIS.

They grew the organization and their people and eliminate wastes of money in order to develop new products, train people, acquire new business and recruit new people clients are the reason theyre in business.
“Their relationship with their clients is determined by the value
