What would you do first if you were Jennifer?
If I would be Jennifer and had become the manager of the sixth store, I would establish a goal for my store based on the revenue of the other stores. To reach that goal I would go to Cater and let him describe the qualifications employees need to fill for the job in the Cleaning Center, so I can hire the right people for the job. After that I would start job advertisements, consisting these qualification, in at least to different types of media, for example the newspaper and the internet, to find qualified applicants for the job. After a certain amount of time I would start screening interviews. Thus I could find the most qualified applicants for the job. These applicants I would refer to Cater so he could pick out the ones he finds most suitable for his company and hire them.
Afterwards I would start training these employees, by telling them specifically what she or he is expected to be able to do and showing them all the operational procedures. Through the training program the new employees get used to their job faster and that way the employees are able to work more efficiently.
Thereby the new Cleaning Center could open
