Arabs are individuals who dwell in their own region better known as Arabian or the Arab region. Arabs speak one particular language which is Arabian, but they differ because they can choose whatever faith or religion of their choice.

o According to research and news reports within the past 2 years, what are some of the changes the United States has made to policies concerning the treatment of Muslim and Arabic members of society?
The research has not shown any special policies toward any particular ethnic group, because each of these groups fall under the category of minority and religious group and they are protect, if any one assaults them for any reason it can fall under a hate crime. This crime has been revised in the last couple of years and a harsher sentence can be offered in the event someone par takes in such hateful acts.

One characteristic of Orientalism is the mere speculation that all Muslims and Arabs are terrorist, and written by the hands of a journalist who has stereotype the whole entire group as being terrorist.
