I have personal interest into airport security and that is the main reason I choose this topic because I got chance to shape my interest in a form of research and my one of strategy includes information about aviation security that make my topic so distinct from other topics.

It provides information to the public about crime trends, crime prevention and law enforcement by creating awareness programmes in schools, churches, mosques, and youth groups, and by supporting community based groups in community-level programs. It will also provide information regarding community resource and criminal record checklists. Also of great public interest in Canada is the inclusion of persons charged in an investigation by the Federal Court of Criminal Appeal, including persons charged in the Criminal Code, within the jurisdiction of federal courts within the United States or of any other jurisdiction where the law does not provide for such an investigation and which are deemed by those authorities as having a criminal history when in fact that history cannot be established.

The legislation will allow for the formation of a multi-part project with an aim of addressing the increasing risk on Canadian commercial aircraft by making the security threat of terrorism in airport air travel more severe, and in particular the risk of a crash occurring after the flight. These work by working in coordination with the Canadian security intelligence services, airport surveillance, and the FAA’s Interpol (MIAT). The new legislation will also enable the Canadian government to work with law enforcement agencies within and between Canada and the United Nations, the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and other international organizations to ensure that Canadian citizens remain safe in Canada.
