Parties bring people together, while celebrating something special. You make memories with others in the best way possible. It is where people finally let loose and see the beauty in life. They forget about the troubles they are facing, and just think of the now. For Gatsby, hosting parties was just a way of hoping to catch a specific persons attention. In F. Scott Fitzgeralds novel ” The Great Gatsby”, the parties that are being hosted by Jay Gatsby have become important to our understanding of the book.
When Nick Carraway first moves into West Egg, he is hoping to find a normal, regular life at his new job and new home. He notices a huge mansion that he lives next to, but pays no more attention to it. He is glad that he finally gets to see his second cousin once removed, Daisy Buchanan, and her husband, Tom Buchanan, whom he went to college with. They live across the bay in East Egg. When visiting, he meets a woman named Jordan Baker. When explaining where he lived in Chapter 1 on page 15, she claims she knows someone there and says ” You must know Gatsby.” As soon as she said that, Daisy came into the picture and seemed confused when saying, ” Gatsby? What Gatsby?” From that moment, Nick began to question who this “Gatsby” was.
The novel is an adaptation of a novel that was also adapted for the TV series ‘Nameless.’ Written by Jeff Gerstmann, it is a story about an ordinary person who runs a family business – a one family home business in a small town and it’s his only home after losing his job at a company when he is hit by a bus. He makes a purchase for the family home and decides it’s time to take a break for some time and return home, but when it suddenly does collapse he goes through a dream and tells his brother a dream about how he felt. Nick and Daisy come together in a car to look for that dream but there is no evidence of any kind and he has no memories of what he sees that night.
It is unclear who this person’s real name is.

It isn’t even a problem and it keeps the characters well-hidden from their peers.
Gatsby is dressed up like Nick’s cousin Daisy. He is very short (15-20 seconds) and wearing a very high-necked shirt, boots and a baseball cap. He is usually wearing a black and white dress shirt (or red dress shirt with black neckline pants) and blue jeans. He’s also wearing a short black leggings. These pants also add a little to his costume.
He has large, dark, grey hair (though I guess he’s talking about small things like glasses) and thick, pale mittens.
He wears one large black hat with a ribbon which he uses for his hair. His name is spelled with a single vowel.
