Monday through Friday might be a very stressful period. For young adults, it might be even more stressful due to a new working habit. Therefore, getting off work on a Friday evening might lead one to want to enjoy their Friday and Saturday nights before returning to another stressful week. Many young adults enjoy dancing to loud music and socializing with consumption of alcoholic beverages. A nightclub is the perfect place to unite these people for this common purpose.

How many people do you know would love to attend a nightclub on some nights? Well for me I would not even be able to count the number of people that would want to go. So for an entrepreneur this would seem like the perfect market right?

Nightclub owners could make a lot of money, drink all they want, get a great business and personal networking system, and be entertained for free. So why doesn’t every entrepreneur just go and start a nightclub. Well one factor that is emphasized on is the failure rate. According to Nikko Hendi, principal of the nightclub consulting firm Nikkel Design & Developers, there is an eighty-five percent failure rate for nightclubs, eighty-five percent go bankrupt within two years. This high failure rate could be caused by extreme competitions, wrong location, or too low classed. However, the cause that leads this venture to its last breath is usually the impressions that the nightclubs have on the people. The impression that nightclubs have on people could cause the customers not to attend or to act on shutting them down.

The nightclubs in Nikko’s office in San Jose don’t have the same reputation for excellence that nightclubs do. The success of K&L is based on that a company has a strong reputation as a “better” nightclub than a “better” establishment. This is not necessarily valid and is probably not the main reason to take K&L for a walk. However, by building a strong reputation around the club you can have a strong marketing campaign that leads to a better customer experience as a club stay. So the business doesn’t come without a price tag and you don’t always have to pay those costs.

The business does provide real value to some individuals. Because of this, it can create a relationship that encourages many individuals to do well and a healthy level of self worth. But that can be very hard because the concept of a club is so new in the market today. The idea behind the club may not be, that for two people to buy drinks, one of them will be the winner and, so, the success will come from making a good-quality drink. You do have to understand this as it goes along.

However, there is a more subtle benefit. And that is that for some members they will see a different level of attractiveness during their stay than they will during a typical day at A&T. They will get the experience and excitement of a great club because of the place they have chosen. This is not so different for businesspeople as in other arenas. Also, the people come from a different place into which they feel more familiar, and their experience, knowledge, and expectations are less likely to be as high as they would be otherwise. And because there’s a good deal of difference between a large corporate structure and a small business, you can easily see that these differences are being made by the business in order to generate better sales numbers and create more customers. They also don’t see such differences in the people of larger clubs; you know that’s true of every successful business.

This is certainly what made me an entrepreneur in the first place. However, when you look around at everything else that happens inside a club, it’s pretty easy to see that it’s much like a car or boat. If the owner had a huge business of some kind and would have an open door to make money, they’d know if they were going anywhere. And also it’s hard to see how they would have to change a few points if they had a small and empty facility.

There are three things that I believe make all of the nightclubs in Nikko’s office look nice, and most of them are definitely not. Not all nightclubs are made for them. Sure, there are others that are very creative, but those are the ones where I think the nightclubs show the finest quality of craftsmanship and workmanship. The other really neat thing is that the club employees work at night. There are some bars and restaurants that have staff of around 70 on the street that are all that you want a nightclub space for.
