The suit alleges Material Resources LLC., failed to provide an African-American employee with the pay raise and health insurance coverage provided to his white co-workers and alleged that he was fired because he filed a racial discrimination charge with the EEOC and accused the company of race discrimination. The issue is whether Material Resources racially discriminated against an African-American employee in compensation?
