It is a model for self-awareness, personal. Firstly, open area represented the things that both I know about myself, and also known by others. For example, I know my interest, behaviours that also do so known by others. As the process of getting to know one another continues and moves to next window shades. Secondly, blind spot represented the things that others know about me, but that I am unaware of. For example, like others can see my weak point, but I do not know what my weakness. Thirdly, hidden area represented what the person knows about him/herself that others do not know. My hidden are i was very unconfidence of myself. And actually I am very weak which my friends do not know much. I was act nothing when actually I am in problem. Lastly, unknown area represented what is unknown by the person about him/herself and it is also unknown by others. We have a great lesson by Ms Jothy about Johari Window.
