New curfew for Kathmandu
Nepals capital, Kathmandu, began its fifth consecutive day under curfew today, a day after Maoist rebels attacked government buildings in the eastern part of the country. Opposition parties, meanwhile, are planning a massive rally on Tuesday to demand a new constitution and an end to King Gyanendras rule.
