Caffeine (benefits, negative effects, and what are considered to be ‘safe’ levels of caffeine consumption.)
Your three topics are all very impressive. I have recently been doing research on organic foods and how they benefit people in their every day lives. I will be very interested to see what information you can come up with and compare my notes. Not only that, but I have been struggling with caffeine addictions and have been working on trying to figure out if the pros out weigh the cons overall in everyday activities. I think in today’s society you will have no problem being able to find the sources needed to back up your topics, however, caffeine is a very diverse topic for many people so it will be intriguing to see what you are able to pull from it.
Your third topic, Diabetes might be very interesting and relatable to a lot of people today. It would be an attention grabbing topic that would pull interest easily since more and more people today develop diabetes or were diagnosed with it at a young age. A challenge you might face would be with your first topic as there are so many different types of foods. However, for your third point for “organic foods” you could include the long term effects of developing a diet based on organic foods, or go into existing diets that entail organic foods.For the your third point on organic foods you should consider production or cost to grow purely organic items.
