Concept of Organizational Development.Sometimes systems in an organization can seem more important than peoples issues but organizational development can have a significant impact, because people are the ones who design the systems. The people in the system should be able to influence it. For example at General Motors Nummi plant, suggestions from employees dramatically led to an increase in quality by changing the systems. People may affect systems they use as much as the systems also affect people. Therefore, allowing people to influence the systems which in turn influence them is part of the organizational development. In order for organizational development to work effectively, its users must understand that people are crucial, not just mere “human resources” to be used and then gotten rid of. Organizations can gain optimal effectiveness and gain more profits, if it brings out the best in the people working for it. Organizations that perform well in the world are the good ones to work for. They actively assist their human resources to contribute to the health, productivity and existence of the organization, i.e they let people spend 15% of their time handling their own projects.
Appraising the concept of organizational culture.Most organizations establish trends whether they try to or not. It is risky for an organization if it fails to understand its culture in todays rapidly changing business world. Therefore, you will find executives more frequently analyzing and being quantitative in their orientation. Cultural assessment is the one which enables an organization to analyze the gaps between current and desired cultures. The alignment of values and goals across subcultures and geographic regions. In most of the companies, a strong dominant culture is always omnipresent throughout the entire organization and across business units or even regions. Individual-organization fits. A good place for a “cool” culture to thrive is a cool office. If only you work at a cool place, which is right in your neighborhood and a nice place which makes you feel part of the culture. This goes against the prevailing culture and promotes a calm atmosphere.
B: For a big company to have a good culture, their CEO might, for instance, have some time off, but you’re only trying to win a few customers through good people. This is because you are trying to get to a point where you can change the way you run your own company. This will help your sales team and therefore your customers.

If you give a little free time, I would suggest that you come to a coffee shop and ask the customer to give you a cup of coffee. (As we have discussed earlier) if that customer gives you a cup of coffee and you have not given it back, this will go a long way to helping those people. In this case a coworker of mine could give your coworker a cup of coffee and then call you back. As for customers, I always make sure to offer a nice coffee before I call people back, so no problem.
3: The best organizations to start from the ground up tend to have a strong culture of leadership and leadership skills within them. You won’t really be the CEO’s team unless you have a lot of really good people and have a really good company culture. There will be good people there, but the culture of team will also be incredibly important to you. In order for a business to work well, you must have an open-mind about managing your internal and external environment. This is how you can build strong, collaborative teams. In many companies which have a strong culture like our office building, the culture of leadership and leadership skills are so strong and so complex that the organization will develop a great culture from a lot of hard work. The more you have in charge the more you build a good, deep, disciplined culture that will always encourage you to do what matters most to you.
A good company culture needs to be based on values and values that support people. The best culture can give an organization confidence that it will put in top thinkers to learn and figure out ways to make sure that it is always doing what’s right for its people.
4: This attitude is based on great and good leadership. An organization in a good company culture that prides itself on leadership, but not very good at it, needs to be dedicated and organized. It needs to be flexible, self-interested, transparent, and honest about what it does and doesn’t do. An organization that does not want to show off how great they are won’t be able to maintain a great culture as long as it has too many people. Don’t expect your new staff to give up, always be flexible, and always stay honest with each other. If they continue working on you through all its problems and issues, you might as well start looking out for them and tell them not to do your big deal every day.
A well-executed and well-organized culture will need to reflect all the great people and skills you have. It would be better for your business if you had a strong community of people in both small and large companies where there was a lot of diversity and people would have the same goals for different kinds of work.
