answer: orgs value is the beliefs shared by orgs members and influence their behaviour. in orgs, leaders should establish and maintain appropriate core values.
I will give the example to show what values can look like
Teamwork: listening and respecting each other, providing support to others, solve problem without damage relationship. work together and achieve common goals
There r 3 criteria for evaluating core values: relevance, pervasiveness and strength
management for increased customer services
answer: customer services is a core factor of total quality operations. It includes internal and external customers. Customers services is a foundations of competitive advantage. So the orgs must develop and maintain loyal customers and meet customers expectations
leaders and leadership
answer: who is leader? Manager is an example. Leaders set the direction, create structure, keep relationship with others and ensure result. Leaders should clear sense of the future and understand how to get there. There r 5 principles of visionary leadership: encourage innovation, inspire others, support each other, set the example and celebrate the achievement.
organisational culture
answer: orgs culture is also called corporate culture, its the internal environment of ors and its share the beliefs ,values ,attitudes that develops within an ors. Orgs culture divided into 2 levels: observable culture (what we see and hear in orgs) and core culture (core values that influence behaviours). Orgs with strong cultures. Members should share the understanding and give support to accomplish organisational objectives.

subcultures in orgs
answer: subculture is the grp of members with similar values and beliefs based on shared work responsibilities and personal characteristics. Common subculture includes that: occupational culture(work understand), functional culture( ppl have difficulty to understand and work well with others because they from different functions) , ethnic and racial culture ( ppl from different culture background , so its hard to work well with others, maybe they have to meet conflict), generational culture and gender culture.
strategic direction &alliance
answer: strategic direction is an essential management information resources for todays strategic thinkers and affects companies long-term performance. Strategic alliance is two or more business join together for a period of time. Strategic alliance enable business to gain competitive advantage through business partners resources. Includes :capital and people. Strategic alliance is a good way to make a fast –grow technology companies.
competitive advantages
answer: competitive advantages is the market resource and environment forces better than competitors. There r many ways to achieve competitive advantages, including: product, pricing ,customer services, cost efficiency and quality. However, achieving sustaining competitive advantages is a challenge to most of organisations.
