Heraclitus Case
Heraclitus Paper
Each person has their own opinion, their own way of thinking, understanding, and beliefs. Heraclitus uses logos to show how each person has their own views of what they experience even though they donât recognize what they encounter when it happens. Logos give people the opportunity to infinite perceptions of any given thing because they are unique and different souls even though they have many things in common. There are trillions of people that touched this earth, but still not one correct answer to what happens to you (soul) when you die. Heraclitus tries to explain people how there are infinite possibilities when you use logos to share perceptions, to gain a deeper understanding through different views and ideas. Logos and perception is a structure or law that allows views and opinions to be expressed, but there is no one correct perception; all are common but still have unique individual perceptions.
Heraclitus shows that people should be open to new ideas because most things in life can be interrupted different ways and no one knows which way is right one. In fragment 27, Heraclitus is relating your own opinions and views on death. Fragment 27 states, âWhat awaits men at death they do not expect nor imagine.â In other words, Heraclitus is saying that death can be good or bad depends on what you expect death to be. Your view of death can be that you will become an animal when you die and if that ends up
