Kava has recently been plagued with unfortunate circumstances that have been brought on by one disaster after another. Kava is in dire need of help to aid in getting the country cleaned up and on its way to recovery. My position is to see what I have to offer as a part of Wal-Mart to help this country recover and continue on a path to growth and success.
CHOR has a presence in the country of Kava. Part of Wal-Marts goals and values is that the company will have locations and products accessible to many of their potential customers. Part of Wal-Marts mission is to help the communities in Kava that they are a part of. Wal-Mart is dedicated to helping the community and would help Kava try to recover from the string of disasters they have gone through.
According to Kirby and Goodpaster, 2007, one of the most favorable aspects of using the scientific method for problem identification is the ease of collecting research data through surveys. One of the ways to know if this is something the country of Kava could benefit from right now it to come up with a survey. This survey would be designed to ask the general public of Kava if Wal-Mart is an organization that they would want to patronize for goods services they currently use and need. Would the consumers enjoy the convenience of one-stop shopping? The results of this survey could get the opinions of the consumers of Kava and collect any additional information and insight that the consumers may have for products and services that they need and want. Using the results of this survey, Wal-Mart could make an ethical decision on the proper way to proceed with the expansion of the company into the Kava market.
The first thing that needs to be done is to expand the current location of the Wal-Mart store that is currently there; if there is not enough room for the expansion the company would have to look for a place to build a new location. The Wal-Mart that is currently in Kava is a small store. Expanding the store into a Wal-Mart Supercenter would introduce new products and services that would help in times of disasters. Another potential problem or concern is that the stakeholders may want to be informed about the acquisition of land in this country and how much initial clean-up they will be helping with. With all of the recent disasters, the clean-up of the surrounding area in which Wal-Mart intends to develop into a Supercenter may be too much money and not feasible to do. The stakeholders must understand that the benefit to the community and doing the
relic with existing public and private space in Kava is a valuable thing. You should not assume that Wal-Mart will be able to provide a great deal of clean-up or even a better quality product to a customer. Even if the company cannot create a Supercenter, I highly encourage you to check with the Wal-Mart Supercenter to see if they have a location for it in that area (please let me know if I am wrong.) As my clients, that same Wal-Mart store could be located in Kava. If so, then make sure that your new Wal-Mart store takes some of the work and energy that came out of the initial phase of expansion and helps to keep it focused on local business activities of our customers, who will be impacted. In Kava, we have the most beautiful and pristine public lands on the planet. The Waco Supercenter location we are currently constructing is in one of the more natural water sources in the region – a massive estuary that is not accessible by a normal road. If your family needs water, you are more likely to use the water from your natural land. If your family is dependent on public lands, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to build this facility to provide that water. If Wal-Mart will choose to build this site at a Supercenter, then you could be left with the loss of that part of Kava. The opportunity to sell and grow at a Supercenter is huge because it is not feasible to maintain a public-private partnership. The investment needed to expand an actual public-private partnership, rather than a closed-door business meeting, is much higher per square foot value for your properties than it is for a closed-door business meeting or meeting for a private partnership. The real estate value of these properties is going to go up as you increase the capacity of your properties in Kava. These homes will be built without public and private control, allowing your property to become an international retailer. This allows for the new Wal-Mart headquarters in Kava, where we will become the best retailer in our region. Many good investors love this location here to build a business. But to do it with what has already been done to date, you have to really be prepared to make the most of this new potential. How can you improve the quality of your property in Kava ? The most successful businesses are those that have raised significant capital in the past, and their investors want to be part of this venture. These investors may see a problem, but if they were to spend their money wisely, they would have saved a lot of money at a reasonable rate. It makes sense that with this site in development, we would find a way to generate the capital necessary to develop and acquire the project. Our financial outlook is bullish that we could attract these investors; with the $50 billion we are giving to Kava for the Wal-Mart Supercenter project, we will be able to attract those investors. We also have a very clear picture of where our investors will invest if we do the Wal-Mart Supercenter project in Kava. There are opportunities to build retail malls here. If a company wants to develop a well-functioning, well-connected store chain, it needs to invest significantly in the new Wal-Mart Supercenter in Kava. This is extremely important –
