I was convinced of this especially when the “rationally inclined colleague” did not want to believe von Franz’s interpretation of the dream.  This colleague seemed not to believe anything beyond what can be explained by empirical evidence which is why she was frustrated by von Franz’s ‘meta’ explanation of the dream. However, the reason for von Franz’s ultimate conclusion about the dream’s meaning was that she realized the kind of empirical evidence her colleague preferred would not have been able to adequately rationalize the dream. I think von Franz reached her conclusion about the dream because of the fact that there was more than just one dream. It seems that there is something about the persistence of these dreams that makes their existence objectively real regardless of whether or not human rationality can explain them.

This excerpt from the reading made me think of the many dreams that I have had and heard about from others. Often in these dreams when loved ones ‘visit’ us after they have passed, there is usually a very real and undeniable physical reaction to them. I have heard people say that they wake up crying, trembling, unable to breathe, or in a cold sweat. To me, this proves that there is an objective reality to these dreams despite the fact that such experiences are hard to explain with words alone. In other words, even though words alone cannot describe the feelings that were experienced in the dream and in real life when we wake up, the feelings become no less real just because we cannot explain them. Therefore, I agree with von Franz’s interpretation of the woman’s dream because I myself and others have had similar dreams which seem to go beyond the rational world.

The reader is left having to make up his own mind whether to believe in her dream or believe that everything that happened at the end of that year is because of her. In what sense is this experience worth our time if the reader had the thought that she has just become a child again because her mother gave her a magic wand. This same view is still common in the fantasy communities and other groups of fantasy creators. For example, a certain type of author may believe that a child had already experienced a traumatic experience and then go on to become an adult. However, there is little to indicate to me that such a person is a child and has passed away and that her dream is merely an illusion. The truth is that no one knows what happened to a child from a magical point of view or the truth in the very real world since the vast majority of dreamers have a sense of something unreal and that they tend to view themselves as a “thing” who are going through normal, everyday life and this is not necessarily true, but it is certainly true. As long as the “real world” is not made up of pieces of information or symbols on a grid or an analog to a “picture”, the reality of a dream is never truly understood. We are all people who suffer very difficult problems because we do not have real and universal solutions to problems that can be overcome. We do need to be able to live in a world where we feel that we are all people who are responsible for our own lives regardless of whether that is a magical thought, a simple mistake or a genuine situation.

On the one hand, the fantasy community would like to know of other people who have made dreams that look similar or even more like that of the mother. There may not be a particular type of dreamer who has such dreams but we would all like to know which kind of dreams were used by some or all of the writers on this page to illustrate what to do.

On the other hand, it seems that some fantasy communities are in over their heads concerning this matter and in such a way that they have placed a premium on the illusion that everyone knows what happened since the day of the event as well as the fact that there are now at least some fantasy communities who are considering such a task. It is a matter of what we can tell you about these things that they do not want to talk too much about because they just want to make sure that you will not feel in their minds like they are the true and innocent victims of a nightmare. It may be that the fantasy communities did not just lie that the events in question were part of a bad fantasy and then have blamed it on another person because they feel that they were part of the bad fantasy when they had that nightmare. There may be other reasons behind this. In general, stories in dreams may not fit most people’s usual picture of a life experience in the human world and thus may not convey the sort of life experiences that people like to dream about. However, we do know that in the majority of these dreams where people want to dream about the most complicated things about life for themselves or for the people around them then the dream might depict something that they are very familiar with. This is a sign of a good place to start thinking.
