Ceo of Telenet
CEO of Telenet                It has been brought to my attention that there have been inaccuracies in the required quarterly revenue reports. We would like to clear this issue up as quickly as possible. This is a double-binding situation; not only are the companies’ revenues being inaccurately reported, but particular managers are working the system to receive our incentive based bonus. It is the company’s goal to continue success in our industry. In order to reach this goal, we will be participating in a reviewing process of past revenue reports to determine the magnitude of inaccuracies reflected in reports. Our first priority will be to correct these issues, but moving forward we will be accessing these inaccurate reports to determine if particular managers are culprits. Upon correcting these inaccurate reports, we will be implementing a more standardized template system to help aid managers in reporting their revenues accurately and uniformly.  If any managers have grieves with our newly implemented system, please schedule a meeting with upper management as soon as possible.  If we determine that particular managers are to blame, this will be a punishable offense, up to termination of employment.         We are looking at this issue as an opportunity to better our company, not to unjustly punish those at blame. This is a tough issue, as it is dealing with internal employee relations. We had to deal with a complaint received from a consistently high performing manager, who had a complaint in regards to another manager who has been reporting above average revenue reports, and thus receiving the quarterly bonus awarded to district managers.
