Why have you decided to enter the Graduate Program at this time?
Over the past decade businesses are going through revolutionary changes in their operating structures and management systems. These changes are producing a new model of the organization of the twenty-first century. Being equipped to handle the opportunities and threats of todays dynamic business environment has never been more important. New products, expanding markets, outsourcing, mergers, and innovative technologies all create uncertainty as well as opportunity. I strongly feel that Wilmington College would make me a manager who can work comfortably in firms that are team-based, more closely linked to suppliers and customers, flatter, more responsive to change, and more effective in operating in an increasingly global economy. As an MBA graduate, I have a broad strategic view of all the functional areas of business. In addition, I have clear visions of the challenges ahead and how they would impact multinational companies. The only way to meet these upcoming challenges is to be prepared in advance for them.

In todays business world, leaders increasingly rely upon interpreting critical information in order to make important long-term decisions for their organizations and this is why I plan to continue my education. It is becoming increasingly important to plan, budget, organize, lead and control the organizational dynamics keeping in mind the global nature of competitive business in todays environment. Masters of Science in Management from Wilmington College will broaden my business perspectives, bring together all of my collective skills and experiences to help me synthesize them into a winning combination to become an effective leader.
