Analysis of Business SpecialtiesTeam BMarceaila Hamilton, Gria Jacobs, Zaza Kankakai, Shannon Ladd, and Christine Mountcastle, July 21, 2014Gen/480Professor Heather HopkinsAnalysis of Business Specialties        In this part of the assignment the members of Team B define the specific consulting firm they will create.  Team B came up with the name for the company, will provide a brief description of the firm’s activities, discuss the services the company will offer to clients, and explain the type of problems and issues the firm will address.  The team will also include a statement about why the company is suited to the skills of all team members.  The use of this analysis is to position the company in a specific market segment for which the team members expect a need for consulting services. This consulting firm was founded in 2014, by Hamilton, Jacobs, Kandakai, Ladd, and Mountcastle. The PATH-CO Group (Providers Aiming to Help Create Opportunities) is an experienced national health care and human services consulting firm. We provide objective analyses and strategic counsel to human service agencies and nonprofit organizations, and private companies. PATH-CO has experience, to broaden the careers of those passionate about health care and human services, and expanding the quality, with evidence- based recommendations to the stakeholders and workers in order for them to provide the best quality services. We look forward to sharing our passion and creating a PATH for more opportunities.The PATH-CO consults for organizations and private companies such as, Federal, State, and Local Government, Foundations, Hospitals, etc. The services that the firm will provide would help benefit Health professional Workforce by researching to help health care stakeholders address workforce issues. We provide for The Children, Youth, and Family Policy by sharing timely knowledge to help clients understand policies, health care needs as well as outreach to the individuals that need support.  Pros and Cons of Consulting Firms
Based on the skill matrix of Path- Co., consulting firm, there are two faces of the firm, first, face comprises of the advantages and the second face tolerates the disadvantages. Consultants may have a hard time adjusting to life on the road and will miss a mass amount of family time due to the traveling and long hours they will have to commit to.
