The just in time is something that you have to have to me it mean that it the steps that need to be completed at a certain time to make sure that there are not material laying place that it is not supposed to be there. Just in time mean just that just in time to complete a task. the requirement for JIT include multifunctional teamwork, flexible manufacturing, small-batch production, strict production control, quick setups, consistent production level, preventive maintenance and reliable supplier networks.
