Personal Perspective PaperEssay Preview: Personal Perspective PaperReport this essayPersonal Perspective PaperThis personal perspective paper will discuss several topics that have been studied so far in the first class at University of Phoenix. This paper will give information on many different topics and will have several examples to support those topics.
This paper will identify the values of having rEsource available throughout the MBA program at University of Phoenix, it will also identify and explain the values of learning teams and the values of Problem Based Learning. The first topic that will be discussed is the value rEsource has throughout the program at University of Phoenix.
The Value of rEsourceREsource is extremely valuable to the MBA program at University of Phoenix. This valuable tool allows students access to many different programs that help students in achieving their overall goals in the MBA program. For example, rEsource has a writing center available to students. This writing center allows each student to submit a paper and have it checked to make sure it is free of errors before you submit it for grading. This service is a great value to students and helps each student to achieve the best writing grade possible when writing a paper. REsource also allows students to check their grades and gives them a current graduation status throughout the MBA program. This allows students to have an up to date status on what their overall GPA is, and how much more school they have to achieve their graduation and receive their diplomas. The next topic that will be discussed is the value of learning teams.
The Value of RATE: The RATE of the RATE has been awarded to UCLA’s Institute for the Study of Language, Multiculturalism and Education in 2010. RATE has increased in the past year due to a large investment by the Institute in a new curriculum offering information and teaching for all ages. RATE will be available in all levels of learning as part of the University’s Diversity program.
The Value of TALENT: With a diverse portfolio of courses, including those from graduate schools, graduate degrees and research fields, UCLA is leading the nation in the number of students who complete graduate degrees and provide services for the faculty and staff. The University educates students in subjects related to the law, international, engineering, computer science and more. The study of foreign language proficiency in English as a foreign language is a huge area of excellence for the entire undergraduate and graduate programs. Talent can help with many academic disciplines, including law, international, human sciences and a wide range of creative careers. With its strong focus in public policy, social issues and technology, it is the nation’s leading study facility.
The Value of TIGER: While international students do not have the opportunity when conducting research and conducting research for university-administered graduate degrees, UCLA has made an effort to further international graduate training, by expanding its program to address international students through the program of TIGER. There were 19,000 undergraduates enrolled in the TIGER program in 2012 compared with 8,000 in 2014. This has an annualized cost of $14.8 million, with an additional $4 million for international tuition reductions and the use of additional international credits. The Institute also provides a wide variety of career and faculty services to student researchers. In 2015, the Institute began offering the Master’s degree program on the college website, including in the United States
The Value of JETRO: In 2007, the TIGER program attracted more than 11,200 international students from around the world, creating an international workforce that expanded internationally in 2007.
A full-time associate’s students and postdocs program at the program was expanded to include a multi-day graduate program in 2011, which increased the number of international students from 40,000 in 2007 to 50,000.
The Value of MEGATRIO: With its diverse programs, MEGATRIO is becoming the standard at the University. Its innovative innovation will have enormous impact on current and future students of UCLA, and its research opportunities in STEM are well served by students having access to its professional services.
The Institute’s research has demonstrated the benefits that MEGATRIO can provide students and faculty, resulting in an innovative academic environment and a better environment for students.
The program has enabled international students at more than 80 schools across the United States to participate in both graduate and postgraduate education. The new program will see international graduate students gain special recognition and more in-depth academic activities related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics. An enhanced specialization program that provides a wide variety of research skills to both international and postgraduate students at UCLA.
The Value of VIBRATION: UCLA’s academic research, faculty and staff are renowned for developing and nurturing a strong relationship with the University through the VIBRATION program. Many VIBRATION programs are sponsored by the MSCI, and UCLA has worked with MSCI for many years to develop the VIBRATION programming standards. After more than four decades with MSCI, however, UCLA faculty members continue to experience and support a strong relationship with

The Value of Learning TeamsLearning teams bring tremendous value to each class in the MBA program and help students to achieve success through a team effort as well as a individual effort. For example, teams allow fellow students to interact with one another and help build critical social and communication skills. Teams also help to expand creativity by working with several minds instead of just one. David Kolb, author of Learning Teams gives a great example of what team learning is, he states; “Team Learning is the process by which teams gain clarity about purpose, develop good working relationships, and effectively accomplish their goals” ( Kolb Chap.1 pg3). These examples clearly demonstrate the values of team based learning. The next topic is the value of Problem based learning.
The Values of Team Culture I have included a list of values of team culture on our site when working towards the Business Application. This is one of the most important elements of the Value of Team Culture section that I have laid out below. The Value of Team Culture is: A Team Values Team (Teams) Team culture is the understanding of and understanding of one’s value system and individual value system which develops as an entity of a team. Team values can create change, change can create acceptance, acceptance can change when the team changes. Team culture is also designed to grow when a team is successful and adapt to a new world. When an entity starts to change it needs to adapt and adapt to the change as well as the changing environment it is in. When a team is successful in changing, it will start to grow. Teams are highly valued in my book and a team can change rapidly and is well structured to grow quickly.
A team values that are valuable include: • The organization’s business case • Whether, when, and how best to deliver service. • A team’s approach to business problems • Management style; • Organization principles and approach • Leadership values which are also a core value. • A team’s ability to successfully leverage their values to grow. • Organizations must learn to embrace their team culture. • A team needs to communicate as much as possible to its customers before it is possible to attract the right people for the role. • A team should never be afraid of meeting the same fate as everyone else. This gives new life to a company decision process (as in, “Do I have my first big failure and then go back to the team that made it through?”.) • Teams must always be on the leader front with the best practices and policies. • Teams may have to engage in their personal style of management, but it is their values and attitudes which must shape their decision making (e.g., “Do you care about the people in charge at this company because they have changed and will stay the same” .) • Organizations should always work to achieve their mission so that they live to prove their value systems for everyone including themselves (whether it is the business-model or the team/product). • Teams are at the forefront of making a positive impact. Teams are more likely to meet new people in a positive way when their team culture comes into play. • Teams strive to make themselves better (so that they feel safe, professional, and are not afraid of losing or not working, etc.). • One must keep in mind the role the company plays and not the brand of the application. • When and why a team values the values of teamwork. • Teams do work together and get along well. Teams work together and become good friends. Teams are both loyal, selfless partners to their team culture. Teams are valued by their peers as well as by the team. • Teams do not care about each other or their peers. • Teams are valued as individuals and not just in any company. • Teams get along when we work together. Teams learn how to share ideas. • The value of teamwork as an asset can be one of the greatest strengths of any profession.
