The interview revealed the intricate connection between contingency planning and organizational risk management efforts. During the interview, it was established that critical thinking and contingency planning go hand in hand. According to Mr. Medina, there is an inherent need to map out a range of outcomes and have predefined courses of actions for every face of operation in the business of telecommunications.
