Therefore, we cannot only take a small number of shipments of parts and we start over and buy them at large.
The total length is 5 months until the final goods are received by the customers. It is best to order a very small quantity of parts, where they are safe. But as a general rule, you can order 2 or more large quantities in one order. This way customers can know how long it took to process those parts, and are able to make purchase together with the other customers, without buying at the cost of time and for different cost’s of processing the rest of the production process.
However, it may be impossible to calculate the time taken to finish all your parts in one order due to the high supply of parts. Nevertheless, we hope to see this solution in the near future.
Second, Mr. Peach had a bad treatment to deal with customers complaints, because he was too hot-tempered. He commanded the other people. After the crisis happened, he was not clam enough to solve this issue, which led to the resignation of skilled workers for revenge and made Mr. Rogos plant into chaos. It would cost huge amount of time and final cost.
Third, if a plant becomes the weakest part in the chain of a group of company, this company cannot escape from closing down or merging. In the real world, it happens all the time. For example, my father had a friend who operated a plant to produce metal part for some Korean vehicle manufacture, like KIA, Hyundai. He had a great general manager from Korea and a perfect sales team, but lack of efficiency of his plant workers made his plant became the weakest part of whole supply chain. After few years, his plant always could not delivery their products on time, his whole company had been merged by another big one.
