Effect of GlobalizationEssay Preview: Effect of GlobalizationReport this essayAccording to J.H. Mittelman, “globalization means a historical transformation in economy and cultural diversity. Globalization is the idea of making the world act like a huge country. Globalization affects this world and the people in this world in many ways. Globalization affects the economy status of a country. It has indeed weakened the position of poor countries and exposed poor people to harmful competition.
Globalization is the strategy of liberation that becomes an economic nightmare for the poor. The poor countries disintegrate and worsen via trade and investments. Even if the world co-operates and acts as one country, the richer always gets to say what happens. For example, United States is a country that is one of the richest in this world. They influence globalization to their own advantage, harming the economic and cultural issues of the rest of the world. They might be concerned about some countries, but not most of them. For example, the Saharan countries is mid-Africa is not getting any attention from the “giants” of this world. Poverty is increasing which proves that globalization has become a dominant factor in producing poverty. The effects of globalization leading to poverty maybe due to competition among different workers or foreign investment. Workers from different viewpoint of the world are different. If they compete against each other, surely the workers with more facilities, which are from the rich countries, will be advancing. Therefore, my point is, poor people is going to get less advantages if the world becomes a global village. Poor countries should be able to have their own freedom of choices. They should be allowed to be a big part of this world too.
The next problem that globalization possess is about womens rights. Many women are being neglected throughout the world today. Globalization affects different groups of women in different ways. Globalization might worsen gender inequalities. I may even harm women in several ways. Politically, through prohibiting them from the domestic political process; and culturally, through the loss of identity and self-sufficiency in global culture. Gender inequality influences both the causes and consequences of poverty.
Globalization plays an important role in diminishing cultural diversity. Since all the people in the world have to act as whole country working together, there will surely be cultural mixtures. Cultural flows occur differently in different spheres and may originate in many places. A person does not want his culture to be a part of another culture. He wants his culture to be unique in a way. Therefore, a person should agree in the fact that globalization will do harm to their cultures. Cultural mixtures also destroy other cultures in the way of changing lifestyles. Western ideals are falsely established as the “universal” culture. We do not want this to happen, do we? No. We want to keep our local cultures alive as well. Under globalization,
The notion of world heritage as an independent resource is a political and political threat to the West. In America, we have no clue about the sources of our heritage, nor of the sources of our history which our world heritage will allow us to create. But it’s not a threat. We have to create our own historical source because some of our world heritage (including our entire ancient civilization) requires that all Europeans and Asians share a world heritage. When this is done, we can start to build a modern civilization.
Let me set forth a number of concerns that people who live on an American or Canadian reservation should be aware of, which can be ignored in the United States. These include:
(1) We, by our history, have long held that we live in a world of diverse nations, cultures, and cultures. We have often stated in many articles that “we have great things to do.” We also have worked to create a world-wide multiethnic nation and a world economic security. We have developed a military and a domestic military. We have developed an American embassy at a major country which could act as the permanent headquarters for the U.S. embassy in foreign countries.
(2) Our economy, our security, our freedoms, and the safety and prosperity we provide as individuals and as a nation can be challenged and manipulated in various ways. To be prepared and organized, we must seek the best interests of the American public and hold those interests on high, regardless of our geographic and cultural orientation. We must uphold the Constitution, our fundamental values, our constitutional duties against foreign enemies, our economic principles, and our values of tolerance and equality.
(3) We must build a world-wide international network of international organizations to promote the welfare, interests, and security of all sentient beings. This is in keeping with the principles of our founding. We believe that there is a need for universal development where the rights of all people are determined by the needs and needs of all. This can be accomplished through a nation-states-universal foundation.
(4) We must create a national and international network of government agencies to monitor, protect, and act for the welfare of all people, with a focus solely on the needs and needs of a given set of people. This system provides a unique level of legitimacy for each state in the world. It ensures that the most effective and progressive governments do not fall short of their basic standards and standards of human rights and equality in the face of violence, oppression, and domination perpetrated by others. We want governments to be accountable to the people in their lifetimes, not on a whim.
(5) We demand that America, after a long period of decline, and a long period of economic decline which has lasted longer and more quickly than any other country, adopt the new vision for our country. All our people must be aware of our future prospects. In fact, as you will read later, the United States and our
