Quality is a fact, a reality. This was emphasized in this article for the Goldas, A.S. Company. It is a manufacturer, importer and exporter of fine gold jewelry which is based in Turkey. The authors made this review while Goldas was on the verge of expansion.
The article contains the questions which Goldas are keeping in mind before expanding and the factors which could affect their actions to be taken. The authors cited the production, R & D and management being aware and on a mission towards quality development. Goldas held the prestigious ISO 9002 quality certificate and was still aiming for higher level of achievement. The article also show that Goldas have positive relationship towards their employees which gave them a clean bill of health valuation in Social audit by two major companies (Walt Disney and Warner Bros) which they have had a license agreement.
