The king was a strong man that was feared by all the land. And like all kings, he had his queen. Even though the king was an arrogant man and the queen despised him, he always sought advice from his wife, the queen. This queen wasn’t like the others we hear of in stories. She was beautiful like all we hear of, but she was ferocious for power. Her life goal was to prove that her despised husband was an inadequate king that did nit deserve his position. The king was a selfish and self righteous tyrant that put himself before his people. Egotistical to an extent that was proof itself for his inadequacy. Nevertheless he was still king and nothing could be done. For so long the queen had not found the solution to her dilemma. Despite all her attempts she has not been able to deceive her husband into abolishment. Shed met with all the important dignitaries and members of the House of Castle. None accepted to support her in her devious plans to empower the king. It was not a reason of respect or due to not seeing eye to eye. They simply feared the king. “In the eyes of the people and the image that he displays is that of a perfect specimen, one that makes no mistakes. However my queen, I remind you we are only ourselves when we are alone. The rest of the time we wear the mask that we want to be seen from”, said one of the council members. The queen did not really understand what he meant to say, but it seemed to have embedded into her mind. She was pragmatic and tactical, and so the king used these qualities to his advantage. The king wanted to expand his control and his plan was to invade other towns and villages in the outskirts of his lands and subliminally invade them; “Nothing aggressive or barbaric” said the queen. Diplomacy was key to the occupation of these lands. They were small civic towns and villages that had limited resources and no defenses; therefore empathy would have been the most appropriate diplomatic approach. If they want those resources and want to stabilize their political position then they must join him and sign their land as your own.” The rulers plans were to intentionally furnish these towns with an overabundance of essential assets notwithstanding a few different arrangements. For example, mud blocks for development, chariots and trucks to move such overwhelming gear and different impediments that couldnt be trans situated by hand or even by the get-together of a few men. At this stage the ruler had flipped the switch that turned on her underhanded and scheming side. She advised the ruler to start withdrawing the products and assets hes giving these residential areas. At the point when the ruler inquired as to why all she said was, “By taking ceaselessly the things that they never had, you will make shock and unbalance.”. The lord was baffled. He didnt comprehend the reason for his significant others arrangement, so she expounded. “By making unbalance everybody in these town are at hazard from each other, in this manner you coast in on sublime white steed and propose a merger. On the off chance that they need those assets and need to settle their political position then they should go along with him and sign their territory in your name”. The plans that the king and queen had been creating were bringing them closer to one another. She was beginning to
