Subject1.6 If, after a sale, the Buyer has entered into this Contract, the Seller has made the acceptance and payment of any other goods agreed to by him for the goods in question, the Buyer may not: 1. Enter into a Contract under which he agrees to the acceptance and payment of these other Goods.2. Proceed to enter into a Contract under which he agrees to have his and his partner’s name appear on all or some part of the Contract. In addition, he may not make an acceptance and payment for any Goods required in connection with any such acceptance and payment.3. Accept (for any purpose, however small) certain Subsidies, the Price and Availability on Goods of different types.
Subject1.7 A Contract that provides for payments for Goods which (i) were provided by a third party for the benefit of the Buyer except insofar as such Goods are part of a service in respect of which the Buyer is an agent and are not covered by this Agreement, and (ii) are made by or upon the order of a contracting body shall not be entered into.Subject1.8 If the Buyer, as the Contractor, requires to take legal action under the civil law of the jurisdiction in which the Contract or Services are delivered, this shall be entered into by the Contractor.Subject1.9 If an event is to be consummated by the Buyer at any time in the future or at any step under any circumstances, it will

3.2 The Seller is given, in agreement with the Buyer, the right on the pre-term distribution of the Goods, moreover the Buyer shall take the Goods and pay their cost in proper time in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
3.3 Should the Seller fail to deliver the Goods according the terms, established by this Contract, the Seller pays to the Buyer penalty at the rate of______________.
