This is a print screen of the homepage, my homepage consists of a lot of colour and pictures to make it attractive, it is also user friendly, and Mr Black will find it considerably easy to use and understand, my homepage contains macros which link to all of the pages, my homepage has links to all of the pages, this can narrow down the search as you Mr Black can directly go onto the page that hes interested in. I used colour to make my homepage more attractive and copied and pasted pictures from Google images to make it more colourful and attractive.
Step by step instructions on how I created my macros;
First I went I view, then I clicked on macros and clicked Record macro, after that I went on to the page which I wanted my macro to take me to, then I again clicked on macros and clicked stop recording. After that I went to my textbox/image of which I wished to assign my macro to, and then I right clicked the image and clicked Assign to macro then clicked on the macro name/number and clicked okay. Then my macros were successfully up and running.
The suppliers page is important because it contains all the details of each supplier, this page contains there their address, phone number, email, name, suppliers ID, also the product ID, name of products and number of each product brought. I have added a password in this page to make it safe, as it contains personal detail of people. This page will keep Mr Black up to date with the number of items purchased, and by whom they have been purchased by. This page is very useful as M Black will easily be able to keep up to date with were hes items are coming from and the people who he is doing business with. Ive made this page colourful, so it is user friendly and easy for Mr Black to use.
