When a company needs to recruit new employees they need to be able to offer the employee a benefits package order to show the new employee the company has concern and consideration for the employee. One benefit that most successful companies offer is tuition reimbursement. They offer this benefit to employees who wish to further their education. Tuition reimbursement programs have benefited companies by having a low turnover rate and high productivities with enhanced efficiencies from the employees. After reviewing statistics about tuition reimbursement, we are happy to inform you our company will be offering tuition reimbursement to employees who wish to further there education in Business and Communications. I plan to discuss professional opportunities degrees in Business and Communication can offer. Also, with this type of degree, what career opportunities and earning potential an employee has, and how the company can benefit from individuals with a degree in business and communication.

First, we need to start by discussing what a business degree has to offer, and what the degree is. “A degree program in Business Communications typically leads to an associates or bachelors degree and teaches students such skills as public speaking, written communications, communication software use media interactions and interviewing” (Career Information for a Degree in Business Communications, 2010).

People with a degree in business and communication have many opportunities versus people who do not hold a degree. Employees who earn a degree within a company have opportunity for advancement. By offering an opportunity to earn a degree, and offering the possibility for advancement, the company can experience an increase in retention rates of the employees. According to Madison (2009) “overall employees are looking for career growth paths, fair compensation, and accommodating pleasant work environment.” When a person earns a degree, there comes with it the ability to progress with a company, the ability to earn more money, and the ability to have more security within the company.

Employers with advanced degrees and knowledge of the world economy are more likely to hire people like us.

In recent years, we’ve seen an increase in job growth for young professionals.
Employers in the developing world are seeing an increase in talent recruitment for new professionals. The demand for new talent has been particularly strong in China, especially as part of the global migration boom. These businesses are also seeing an increase in demand for advanced business training programs throughout their country.
Young workers are being trained at professional level (often through business degree) since the beginning of 2011.
In 2012, China recorded the world’s highest number of college graduates. The country experienced the highest number of college graduates in the world for a fourth year in a row, having over 5,000 million bachelor’s degrees through the end of 2012, which is more than any other country.
Many have the time, ability, and resources in Chinese-speaking countries to complete a business curriculum which, if successful, could revolutionize their careers.
Most companies have had great success implementing business training programs at universities and other industries across the country, and a growing number of companies are now applying for business contracts among their employees.
Companies looking for people like us are finding an attractive new opportunity based on strong student selection. In fact, there were more of us last year in the world compared to 2011, for an average of 9% growth.
