Was the Woody 2000 project well conceived? Give reasons for your opinion.
Ans: Yes, the project was well conceived and for that there are reasons. As from the beginning they were on this that are small-to-medium size furniture and cabinet making company.
What were Woodys real objectives that could and should have been articulated?
What strategies were there for achieving these objectives? What would you recommend?
Did they consider other solutions? Give examples.
How would you gauge the projects success, Could success be measured? If so, when?
Ans: The success of this Wood 2000 was very poor the output when came in-front of the director it was totally unexpected, over-budget and building hurdles. A project could be measured when it comes to its end like the expected result.
Project Scope:
Why do you suppose renovation of the President and Executive Vice Presidents office were include in the project and was that a good idea?
Ans: The renovation of president and Exective vice presidents office was included in the project just for to add some kind of extra thing to the project and nothing-else. This idea was never a need of the project and it never was a good idea to increase the cost of the project.

What should be included in a Woody 2000 project plan? What use would it be?
Evaluate Woods plans for managing the project, including their approach to contracting for professional services and construction work. What would you have done and would that change for successive phases of the project?

Ans: When a plan is presented then, all the aspects of the project are clearly defined and the predictions related to the project are also expressed. Where in the project a path way is explained the other part that if, some circumstances would happen during this than what will be the cure to it, so its the part of a projects plan to give such way solutions.
Quality:
How should quality be approached, and what does it mean?
Why did Leadbetter not invoke the specifications to ensure quality? What was the result?
