To recognise and reverse cultural difference
To bring out universal values in different cultures
To accept personal difference and adopt the idea that everybody is equal
To recognise that cultural difference enrich the world.

DESCRIPTION:
The project is organised by allocating specific team role to each member and brainstorming together to develop a share understanding of the group task.
The project is prepared basically for Company managers in order to enable people coming from different culture, belief and ethnic origin to agree with an understanding of tolerance and away from prejudice.
Within this project, it is aimed to give the participating members a chance to know each other and figure out that cultural difference are not a reason of conflict but colours that flourish the world.
Furthermore, we recognized the importance of tolerance, mutual respect and a common language to cooperate with people from different countries.

A slow start with poor planning
Lack of control of the process
Ideas are not discussed thoroughly
Lack of participation by all members
Being off the task
Poor
