“COMPANY NAME” has been diligently working on restructuring and redefining the company since emerging from bankruptcy in November of 2007. “FIRST NAME” was our process engineer through this difficult bankruptcy process, as well as the company purchase, and he has been an extremely helpful and knowledgeable employee during this transition.
“FIRST NAME” has taken on the entire responsibility of the Process Engineering Department, a job formerly staffed by two to three employees. In this role, “FIRST NAME” has excelled in meeting and exceeding expectations, even taking on additional responsibilities as personnel has changed.
Notable contributions and responsibilities include:
Production of all necessary manufacturing process prints for new business.
Implementation of all internal and all external customer engineering changes, including
departmental feasibility sign offs
Designing and production of all necessary comparator charts for the CNC department
Managing the IMDS (International Material Data System)
Designing of attribute gages for multiple departments to aid and error proof in process
inspection
Troubleshooting of production floor issues
