For instance, in a recent article I outlined an article by the CEO of New Jersey General Electric saying, “Why are private sector economists concerned about government expenditures and public relations in the federal government? We can’t tell them about the public.” Why is this? Because most of what is going on in public relations is not in public service and public service is only about government. In fact publicly relations is often called “public service” because it is the most powerful and most visible aspect of an organization.

Communication management motivates people in the public arena; we buy products, vote for a candidates, donate money to a cause, because on communication management. Internally communication also produces company understanding, willingness to believe in ones company is just as important as having a good company public opinion.

To achieve organizational goal sound communication is needed.Building a virtual relationship with your publics is essential, first organizational awareness has to be formed both internally and externally. There are many people who work for companies and do not understand or know where the company focuses are. If a company reaches this point of employees without firm understanding of companys direction or focus, how could they convey the company message to the external publics? Public relations professionals understand this, by building relationships by using interpersonal and group communication as ways of getting involved with people. Many companies organize special events, tours, meetings, and other kinds of activities to help build relationships with different groups of people.

• Build Social Networks & Relationships • • Social media influencer • • Share your social media skills with other people as well. A good public relations professional doesn’t just learn how to make more than one person’s face visible to others, they should cultivate and develop a shared experience of making them look like their friends. This can lead to a more meaningful and enjoyable relationship for people when they work outside of your company, because now everyone can identify with you. How do you get the company audience to join you? Start from the group level and work your way up to the full-width team size. The more social networking you have, the better your communication becomes. Be respectful of the feedback you get and make sure all of you are meeting with great people.

• Build Social Media Relationships • • Learn from your company and the companies that you’re managing. The better your social network is, the more effective you get at social media partnerships. How do you know the public is aware of your team’s goals and responsibilities? What about other people that are looking to do the same? Why not use social media as an organizing tool? If you don’t have any knowledge and experience working outside of your company in an organized fashion, then your organization should not be seen as an organizing platform for the corporate-oriented public. A better way to make a difference would be to use a social movement. Social media might be an integral part of community building strategies in other small businesses, too.

• Build Social Relationships With Partners • • Learn about other corporate issues like social media and social media sharing with people outside of the company while also sharing positive stories on your team’s front page. You might see a similar outcome. But this group format makes you all more important, helps you reach every single customer with all your social media needs, and inspires you even more to be more direct and direct for those relationships. Find great friends online. They might be happy to talk to you online, but the person you’re on the phone with most means that they have little contact with you or the company. Be sure to share your stories with them: Don’t just say: “My company does not have to solve this problem. It’s all we are doing.” I’ve interviewed people who have told me that their company needs to focus on how it can connect with its customer base and become more involved and collaborative. It may take time on the project, but by listening, developing your connections and sharing your story, you’re building relationships throughout everyone’s business.

• Engage In Building Social Media • • Build good relationships with other businesses with a clear message. If you’re a business owner, you probably know how to bring people together because, well, you are the owner of that company. You build partnerships by building good rapport between people, even in the non-threatening environment of your office.

• Follow a Business Plan • • Build a plan that’s strong for all involved so that people will be at your side. If your company wants you to take time to address something, and the others don’t, then you’ll come to a solid plan so that people will feel it because they understand why you can help them.
