The purpose of a program is to help individuals who are in need of services that will help cope with society, today. A program should combine with the needs of all stakeholders, which will help ensure how successful the program will be, for example, the program should include employees, government, and funding agencies. In addition, this paper will analyze as well as determine the impact of stakeholders in the development of the program.
The first part of the program will determine the general assessments of how the expectation, and need of different stakeholders, and how they will influence the development of the program, in which will be determine by the expectation of stakeholders, categorizing of stakeholders, stakeholders power matrix, and stakeholders influencing program developing. The second part of the program will be the influence of
stakeholders in (PEACE) Domestic Violence Agency. The expectations, and needs of the stakeholders group will be target areas within the community. However, the impact of the program will be develop base on the nature as well as give rights to the stake holders for the objective of the program. In addition, stakeholders can be group in categories, for example, key stakeholders, primary stakeholders, and secondary stakeholders.
The key stakeholders are the group that is the most powerful because it provides the structure, and behavior of the program, for example, employees, funding agency, and board of directors. The primary stakeholders are the beneficiary of the program, for example, the clients, and the secondary stakeholder are the intermediaries, which can have affect by the program activities indirectly, for example, public, environment, and government. Therefore, stakeholders can be driven by his or her personal needs, and can have impact on the program.
