The Consultation and Education Department holds preventative curriculum at the factory and has workshops to assist people be aware of their problems. In order to obtain adequate proof that the program is successful and competent, a process evaluation measure and an outcome evaluation measure are produced and implemented. A process evaluation tries to asses an organization and its procedures even though an outcome evaluation attempts to evaluate its contribution/production and prospect. The span and rationale of the procedures profoundly manipulate the plan and aid the directors present position with the executive director and the board of directors of Greenby.

The Consultation and Education Department desires a process evaluation assess that accurately evaluate.
