We first took a graduated cylinder and measured 15ml of each milk then inserted 30 drops of acetic acid into each. We then set up a filter system with a ring stand, filter paper and funnel to separate the protein, water and carbs from each milk. After being filtered for a while, the three milks were placed into the oven where the water was evaporated leaving the protein in the funnel paper, and the carbs in the bottom of the beaker. We then weighed the mass of the filter paper
to see if there was any variation in how much protein you were able to add to each of the three milks. We found that skim had the highest protein mass among the milk, the remaining four milks contained little to no protein. We measured the remaining protein and carbohydrate in the milk, but in the bottom of the Beaker were very few carbohydrates. We then measured the total protein from all milk. For skim, where no water and much less carbohydrate were used, we found in the top of the Beaker the only changes being between 1 and 2 percent, but for skim we found no changes. The actual percentages are the same for the four milks as for the three. The values for some other protein, such as protein, carbs, water and fat have also been reported before. We also found some results of different amounts of fat and proteins. However, the values for water and protein have been found to be slightly different and that different results have been reported. The best results for each protein, all tested by us, are shown in Table 1, while for the others, we used a weighted formula, which is described below. For water we chose to use a larger amount of phosphocreatine. A small amount of phosphocreatine was used and not incorporated, and a larger amount were incorporated. We followed the above formula for one month and did not use phosphocreatine.
