Ltd. has been established since 1968 and has now gone to became one of the largest natural and herbal pharmaceutical companies. It was conceptualized 75 years ago by the respected eastern poet Allama Muhammad Iqbal. Shifa-ul-Mulk Hakim Muhammad Hassan Qarshi was a practitioner of herbal medicine and health supplements who first set up the clinic at Beadon Road in the city of Lahore under name of Qarshi. The clinic was started with the view to provide the pure and effective medical treatment by the use of herbal medicines. Then in 1968, the youngest son of Shifa-ul-Mulk, Mr.Iqbal Ahmed Qarshi who had done his M.S.C in Chemical Engineering, laid the foundations of Qarshi Dawakhana that has now evolved into Qarshi Industries Ltd which is now the leading manufacturer of Natural Products.
