Ethics Case
This report will discuss the issues, strategies and improved code of ethics of TBIS Company in order to improve anticipation of clients in current conditions and make clients sure that the company is professional and they are worth to work with. This report will be aimed to propagate all those methods to future and current clients. The TBIS Professional Services Company’s main problem is facing with such issue as many clients think about if to continue contracts with this company or not. So the TBIS Company has decided to promote its professional and ethical standards to clients. The main steps being taken are to find out expected problems with behavior improvements; investigate and select main strategies to create the specified improvements.
2. Definitions.
Respect according to QLD Health Code of Conduct (2009, p.3) means the atmosphere free from bulling, harassment and discrimination and the attitude with people with honesty and fairness. Respect different beliefs and religions.
Integrity in QLD Health Code of Conduct (2009, p. 3) says is providing high quality service and professional advice and be honest with clients and their relatives.
3. Internal and External Issues.
Staff behavior is one of internal issue. According to QLD Health Code of Conduct (2009, p.7) to achieve lack of violence in the workplace workers do not have to allow violent and inappropriate behavior toward them.
Organization Values is another internal issue of the company. For Queensland Health organization’s values are the most important part of code of conducts. QLD Health Code of Conduct (2009, p.3) says that values are the basis part of their behavior at work, because friendly environment is very important for them.
