Poaching Case
Poaching around the world has continued to remain consist and unflattering problem throughout the world ever since man started killing animals for food. For centuries man has developed ways to kill various types’ animals in order to provide themselves with food, a new sport, or to simply rid themselves of a problem. Wolves in United States, Elephants in Africa, Bengals in India, or Whales throughout the oceans are examples of such animals’ mankind have continued to kill off in great numbers. To curtail such things, mainly on land, countries have developed ways to protect those animals and many others in order to prevent their extinction from our planet. These countries have created areas know has reservations to provide wildlife safe havens and homes away from man. However, due to a continuous increase of our world population, the loss of land due to development, the lack of funding, and the overall worth of items like ivory, whale blubber or tiger hides, these protected areas are under constant threat of poaching.
Poachers usually consist of men or women that have no other way to support themselves, farmers wanting more land for harvesting, wealthy individuals that enjoy a great hunt for souvenirs, or simply people out for a reward of some kind. Overall, these individuals make these killings without actually realize the kind of impact it could have on future generations as well as that of the environment and animals alike. It’s for those reasons and the reasons explained in the previous paragraph I have come with a service to help prevent poaching. My service, called Poaching Preventive Services (PPS for short), would work to prevent poaching throughout the world as well as to protect endangered animals and land. It would consist of creating a business that focuses on the prevention of poaching, killing of wild animals for harvest and sport, and to increase the population’s general knowledge of its damaging impact on the world. It’s my belief that such a service would be beneficial to both mankind and the wildlife alike.
My rationale for the pursuit of such a concept is based on the factors outlined above as well
