During the stayThe cashiers need to maintain the guest’s folio. They need to keep the guest’s folio updating. The guest may consumption in the hotel, such as order meal in the hotel’s restaurant and they recorded in their room. Those information is important for the cashiers to use when the guest check out. They need to show these information for the guest to let them pay the bill.Also, the receptionist need to arrange hospitality room if necessary.The front office should communicate with F&B on the F&B service arrangement. It is because Qatar is an Islamic country, there are several food that are forbidden in Islam. Meat is not slaughtered in the prescribed Islamic way and any food from animal source, such as whey, animal oil and gelatin. Also, animal which died before slaughter are forbidden ingredient. Besides, pork-based products and by-products and most carnivorous animals, birds of prey and land animals without external ears are not allowed to eat. Moreover, blood is seemed as forbidden ingredient. When the Qatar people come to having meal in any part of F&B, the restaurant should be careful to provide food for them.
