Club Barberia is your go to place when it comes to getting groomed. Promising exquisite hairstyles and premium service to accompany a rewarding experience for every gent. Wolfe & Co. Club Barberia’s mission is to give a soothing service and to have a respectable mans barbershop climate in which clients will have the capacity to unwind both their body and brain, through an upper body massage which comes with the haircut service. A good place where every man in the metro can get his fix, get groomed, have a good glass of whiskey, socialize and experience relaxation at its finest. It is located at Unit 02 The Rock Lifestyle Hub, Holy Spirit Drive Cor. De Leon St., Isidora Hills Subdivision, Quezon City.
The key operation managements I noticed in their business are the following: location planning, layout decisions, and inventory management. The location of the barbershop is located at the far end of the mall, which makes the barbershop less visible to people roaming around the mall. Although the barbershop is a popular grooming salon, it can still affect their success rate. Wolfe barbershop still is having a good business run because the mall is surrounded by villages where customers are walking distance from the barbershop. They are also the only barbershop in the mall which makes the competition less. The objective of a layout strategy is to develop an effective and efficient layout that will meet the firm’s competitive requirement. A good layout design consists of higher utilization of space, equipment, and people. Wolfe & Co. Club Barberia does not have much big space but they space their store efficiently. Spaces between chairs are also well distanced so that the barbers can work with comfort which can affect the morale of the barbers. Their ambient is also very well designed which have good lightings, smell and furnitures. Customers would feel comfortable and tend to return to the store which can help the barbershop grow.
