By practicing CSR, business will change their business model to environmental and social welfare friendly and behaves ethically. I think business should be responsible as it impacts the society. Besides that, Narrow view defined as the responsible of business is to focus on profit maximization and shareholder’s perspective. Furthermore, responsible is important for businesses are profitable and ensuring this must be the first responsibility. For example, sales or profits isn’t the most important objective in a company.In conclusion, Board view defined as a company responsibility, not just to its shareholders, but also to all the other populations that affect or are affected by its behaviour.
