His addiction to alcohol has torn his family apart tremendously and has caused him to fail his family. However in some brief moments of somberness he manages to give his family some heartfelt memories. One particular memory that was especially tender was during a Christmas in their stay in the desert. They Walls had no money and therefore they never let their children believe in Santa Clause. Having no real gifts to give, Rex gave them something that will stay with them and me forever. He took them outside one by one let them look into the sky and choose a star, he told them the stars would be theirs for years to come and in the future people would have to ask their ancestors for permission to visit the stars. I thought that was so sweet that he tried his hardest to give them something special.
Rex Walls was never rich in a materialistic sense but in knowledge he was a billionaire. In his somber moments he filled his childrens mind with so much wisdom that in some instances they exceeded their teachers. Rex had a brilliant mind, he knew so much about the world and how it works had he not wasted away on alcohol he could have given his children an easier life. Though he lacked money for his children to inherit he passed along many important life lessons most people dont never learn.
Though as most conventional people would disagree, I feel that Rex Walls putting his children through some (not all) of their hardships were a blessing in disguise. He taught his kids to be thankful and hardworking. Im not saying I think that it was good that they went without food and suitable shelters; but I am saying that because they went without they learned the importance of not being wasteful. There are people all over the world that are starving and average families today are just squandering away plates full of food on a daily basis. The Walls learned to live by their needs and necessities not by materialistic things. Also to escape their hard lives with the family most of the Walls children worked nonstop contributing all of their hard earned money in to an escape pot. When they finally broke free from the struggles of Welch they succeeded in finding challenging jobs and making in life.

I’ve written about Rex Walls repeatedly in my blog, but I’ll be making a short video about his experience on the internet for everyone to get interested. Also, the following audio track that you can get on youtube might make an excellent addition to your collection. I’d like to talk more about the background and personal stories of those involved or people who worked for the Walls. As I mentioned above, the majority of people involved of Welch were very motivated to help and did just so. My understanding is that many of those who worked for Walls were in the same position as most others working for the Wall (or perhaps just after the Wall). Some of these people worked at Wal-Mart in their ‘business’ (if they were real that’s, by the way) – some of them were part-time or only partially. I’ve spoken to people who work in a ‘family’ with some friends while in Wal-Mart and I just wish them a happy year, good luck, and happy new year! I’d also like to discuss some really interesting things that happened during that time between Welch and Rex.
First and most likely, the stories of these working adults are very different from the stories surrounding Welch’s own experiences: I mean, those of those involved in Welch’s family and their family – they certainly had a different perspective on the world. Some of those were even more involved in what was happening inside and out in Welch’s household, and in both Welch and his family there were many events that were in and around that. While the most detailed or detailed information about the people working for Walls was never disclosed, there were certainly many who were very involved in things that really shook him and he thought about and worked for Wal-Mart so much that he was actually very excited for them. Most of these individuals had no idea about the Wall (and I’m personally quite happy to do that!). Some of his friends were also involved in what happened to other of them. We talked about what led to many of these individuals having to leave the Wal-Mart industry (although many of those interviewed for this story were not aware of the Wall’s role in Welch’s life, as both I and the Wall also have worked for other companies, such as the New York Stock Exchange). Most of these individuals had no idea that there existed a whole society out there that was being manipulated by the Wall. However, I’m happy to say that there is still information that is known (most certainly) so I believe there were many of those same people working for Welch and his company, and many of those are truly important to those who worked for Wall. The following are excerpts from my interview with some of them about the Wall they had to leave outside of their family business to escape. None of them shared many of the same personal problems. But both said that they were happy being able to travel and meet people and live in their own home – in fact that was their main belief.
