How to Become a Vegetarian
I know how hard it is to just give up what you love, MEAT. Well I havent ate meat since last year and Ive lost 35 pounds just by becoming a vegetarian. I feel better and cleaner by just having veggies every day. You can do it if you have your mind put up to it. I had a rough start because my mom mostly cooks meat every day. I was just strong about it and said no Im not eating it. One thing to have while transitioning to become a vegetarian is courage. Courage is very valuable in any diet and you also got to have determination. Also, have a goal! This is to show how much progress you have done. Youll also feel very proud when you reach your goal, I sure was. A benefit of becoming a vegetarian other than losing weight is that you get to try new stuff! I know it may sound gross but while becoming a vegetarian i experienced eating Tofu. Its very healthy and it doesnt really taste that bad ;). I hope I have motivated you to become one to lose weight or even if you just love animals. The beauty of becoming a vegetarian is that there are just so many types of vegetarians. Yea there are downsides, you cant eat most foods but you sure get a nice outcome. Only you have the power to do it and you can do it! Remember Determination and Courage! This is only if you want to become a vegetarian. I had my doubts but I did it and surely happy I became a vegetarian.
