Why is law not an exact science?
Answer:
Many people think and believe that there can only be one right answer to any legal question. The truth is that in most situations that involve legal controversies there is no single correct result. The information that is gathered for a case could be inaccurate, incomplete, or even fraudulent. People do make mistakes when they dont think about their decision thoroughly. Being human also makes us more vulnerable to speculation and fallibility. Law is a rule of conduct or procedure established by some custom, agreement, or authority. The rules are to guide us, but when they are silent we depend upon our ethical insight to guide us. Although, there are times that democracy in our justice system does not exist. This will not let justice prevail due to lack of morals. There has always existed a moral code which is the basis for making legal decisions. Exact science refers to the fields of study that admits predictions of hypotheses. There are some basic truths in science.

Question 2:
What are the implications for healthcare?
Answer:
Laws are binding and they have to be followed. The advancement of medical technology will create new legal, ethical, moral, and financial problems for all. We have to avoid lawsuits, and we can do that by making legal, ethical, and moral decisions. There are constitutional laws, statutory laws, and common laws that the government has established for all to follow.
