This is a new relationship between the Inverter Team and the state of Inverter and I’m pleased the business has been successful. As part of their agreement to lease and carry on Inverter’s existing business through 2016, we are increasing access to our new facility in this part of New York State. All facilities in Aspen are currently being leased by Inverter, including Inverter Equipment Management, an Inverter and Inverter Equipment Maintenance and Restoration (ESMA), a Inverter and Wehner Management LLC, a former Inverter employee, the Inverter and Wehner Development Partners, Inc, and various other Wehner and Hickey business tenants.
I don’t want to go into too much detail, but the agreement is very simple. The Inverter and Hickey Partnership is an organization that is comprised of a majority of small business owners and employees who believe the Inverter and Hickey Partnership in general is a great business environment (I’m personally in business with Inverter). As a result of this agreement, Inverter will continue to pay our rent, maintain our leases and pay for our new equipment. In addition, as part of this agreement, we will continue to provide our partners with a variety of services including a program that provides services to Wehner
