Decisions in Paradise Business Scenario
Aerospace Manufacturing Inc (AMI) desires to expand its global presents and sees an opportunity in Kava, a small island in the South Pacific. Kava has had many disasters in the recent history. To most companies it may seem a bad decision to bring a manufacturing plant to a country that has both economic and natural disaster problems. However, it is an opportunity to help not only Kavas people, but to help AMI to become more global competitive.
Kava has several positive demographics to offer. Using the fishbone tool to sort through the positives has been helpful. Kava has over 50% of its population under the age of 15 years of age.
