Photography Booking and Management System enables the SmileStory Studios customer to make a reservation or booking online. This is the easier and quickest way to make the appointment with the photographer.
This Photography Booking and Management System is very rare system for the SME type of business because commonly the customer in Malaysia still using the traditional way making the appointment by making a phone call or go to the counter at the shop. Currently, the staff or photographer at the counter is using a diary or journal to record any booking or appointment for their customer. Customer is unable to make a booking online at this moment and has to go to the shop or make a phone call for an appointment. Sometimes, customer needs to wait for a long duration for a confirmation of their booking or appointment and ask for information.
