Diversity is the presence of a wide range variation in qualities or attributes under discussion. Among humans, in a social context, the term diversity refers to the presence in one population of a wide variety of cultures, ethnic groups, languages, physical features if recognized by members of that population to the characteristics of a race, soci-economic backgrounds, opinions, religious beliefs, sexuality, and gender identity. Diversity refers to the existence of many people contributing to their unique experiences to humanitys culture at the international level. Diversity describes the structure of ecological communities. This does not only involve the number of species, but the number of individuals of each species.
