Social media like Instagram helped Erin raise her business; due to the many followers the numbers of perspective customers grew. However, just social media could not help this F-rated business and management started becoming a problem. It all started when Chanel sued the business for copyright reason for using their iphone case design. Along with lawsuits, previous employees or customers complained regarding online store. Controversy kept piling up about delayed payments, false promises, and many more. Previous employees commented about the company saying that they have no moral values when it comes to customer service or reimbursement failures. Along with that low wages, and lack of management skills the business has not been doing well.
